A. Dalmia Cement (Bharat) Limited (herein after referred to as “DCBL”) introduces a consumer offer ‘DSP Every Home Happy Offer’ valid from 01.01.2023 to 28.02.2023. The offer is valid in states of Tamilnadu, Kerala, Karnataka, AP –TS, MH-Goa on purchase of 100 or more bags of Dalmia DSP cement. This Offer is valid until gift stocks last.

B. Customers availing the ‘DSP Every Home Happy Offer’ will be eligible for one (1N) unit of 3 pc casserole set on purchase of 100 to 249 bags of Dalmia DSP cement, one (1N) unit of Back pack on purchase of 250 to 349 bags of Dalmia DSP cement, one (1N) unit of Pressure Cooker on purchase of 350 to 499 bags of Dalmia DSP cement, one (1N) unit of Safari Trolley Suitcase on purchase of 500 + bags of Dalmia DSP cement (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Assured Gifts”).

C. The last date of redemption of Assured Gifts will be 28th February, ‘23. No representations in this regard will be entertained. The redemption date may be changed from time to time as per discretion of DCBL management.

D. The Offer requires the customer to register before purchasing Dalmia DSP Cement to avail any of the Assured Gifts. The registration will be done by the retailer, wherein customer has to provide his/her mobile no and OTP received to the retailer from whom Dalmia DSP cement is being purchased.

E. During the offer period i.e. from 1.01.2023 to 28.02.2023 customer can make multiple purchase registrations of Dalmia DSP cement by following the above given step in point D as per phases.

F. For gift redemption, customer has to inform the retailer & share his/her mobile no. to verify the accumulated bag purchase of Dalmia DSP cement during the offer period from given retailer. As per the applicable slab, the assured gift can be selected for redemption. Post assured gift selection, customer will receive an OTP on his/her mobile no. which needs to be shared with the retailer for successful gift redemption process under the Offer. Upon every successful gift redemption process done by retailer for the customer, the accrued value of DSP bag purchase against customer’s registered mobile no. (with the given retailer) will be reset to ‘0’.

A. Post successful gift redemption process under the Offer for all the gifts i.e.  one (1N) unit of of 3 pc casserole set on purchase of 100 to 249 bags of Dalmia DSP cement /one (1N) unit of Back pack on purchase of 250 to 349 bags of Dalmia DSP cement / one (1N) unit of Pressure Cooker on purchase of 350 to 499 bags of Dalmia DSP cement / one (1N) unit of Safari Trolley bag on purchase of 500 + bags of Dalmia DSP cement, retailer will give the customer his/her Assured gift within 15 days of gift redemption transaction. These redemptions will be subject to verification by DCBL.

B. By registering for the offer, all customers wilfully and unconditionally agree to accept all the terms and conditions mentioned herein.

C. At the end of the Promo winners will be announced for bumper prize of  Motorcycle. The lucky winners will be contacted by DCBL telephonically. Lucky winners will be announced for KL, KN,AP-TS & MH-Goa via lucky draw event which will be conducted at the end of promo and for TN state, winners will be selected via slogan contest by judge of panel.

D. DCBL and/or its employees and all its associated channel partner(s) shall not be eligible to participate in the lucky draw contest under DSP Every Home Happy Offer.

E. DCBL reserves the right to decide the eligibility of the participants, method to conduct the lucky draw(s) and choose the winner(s). SOP/methods of conducting the lucky draw shall be in sole discretion of DCBL and no query or communication with respect to the same shall be entertained.

F. The Assured Gifts or Bumper prize- Motorcycle (collectively hereinafter referred to as “Prizes”) awarded as per eligibility stipulated above are non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash or any other goods. DCBL reserves the right to vary or substitute the Prizes without any prior notice. DCBL will not be liable for delay and/or failure in receiving, sending of the prizes for any reasons.

Terms & Conditions –

1. DCBL reserves the right to alter/modify the SOP or terminate the Offer and/ or Contest and/or any lucky draw(s) anytime without any prior notice. The Offer will be operative from 1st January, 2023 till 28th February, 2023. The Offer may be extended as per discretion of the DCBL management.

2. DCBL and/or its employees and all its organizers shall have no liability whatsoever for any losses, injuries, claims, damages or expenses arising out of, or in connection with this Offer, Contest or the use of the Prizes. DCBL does not provide any kind of guarantee or warranty regarding quality or suitability of use regarding any of the Prizes mentioned herein.

3. All matters and disputes arising out of or in relation to the offer, contest & prizes shall be subject to the discretionary decision of DCBL and all such decision shall be final and binding on the parties.

4. The winner will have to bear all the on road, registration and insurance expenses with respect to the state they belong to wherein DCBL shall bear only the ex-showroom price of the bike. DCBL reserves the right to cancel the prize or give it to second best nomination in case the winner denies the prize for any reason/situation/circumstances..The colour of the bumper prize (bike) is subjected to availability and may not be same as per the winner / customer demand or choice. There is no cash alternative to the prize and in case such a demand is made, DCBL reserves the right to cancel the prize or give it to the second-best nomination

5. By registering and submitting the personal information (including customers’ names, email addresses, contact numbers, photos & any other credentials) customers/participants hereby gives express permission to DCBL to freely use the information for its marketing and promotional activities as per the DCBL’s company guidelines & requirements.

6. To the extent permitted by law and to fulfil the purpose of this offer & contest, DCBL may share customer’s personal information with third parties including but not limited to agents, contractors or affiliate of DCBL in connection with the services that these individuals or entities perform for or work with DCBL. These agents, contractors or partners are restricted from using this data in any way other than to provide services for the DCBL or services for the collaboration in which they and DCBL are engaged in.

7. DCBL reserves the right to share customer’s personal information to respond to duly authorized information requests of governmental authorities or where required by law or in exceptionally rare circumstances where national, state or company security is at issue. The Company reserves the right to share entire database of customers with appropriate governmental authorities, if required or directed as such.

8. DCBL will retain customer’s personal data only for as long as it needs it for legitimate interest in accordance with applicable law.

9. The customer may withdraw the consent within a reasonable time. If the customer has requested to withdraw the consent to DCBL from processing the personal information, this will not affect any processing which has already taken place at that time. For any such queries the customer may contact Marketing@dalmiacement.com. These rights may be limited for example, if fulfilling customer’s request would reveal personal data of another person or if the customer requests to delete information which DCBL is required under law or have compelling legitimate interests to keep.

10. It is agreed and understood that in the event of any dispute or differences arising out of or relating to or with reference to or in connection with this offer, contest & prizes, the courts at New Delhi shall have the sole jurisdiction to decide the matter.

11.  DCBL accepts no liability for any errors or omissions, whether on behalf of itself or any third parties. In no event DCBL shall be liable for losses or any incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Offer.

12. DCBL Cement Bags are also available without participating in the Offer.

13. No two offers can be clubbed and the Prizes cannot be carried forward.

14. The Terms & Conditions & SOP provided herein shall be read with in conjunction and in case of any ambiguity in interpretation of the clauses, the interpretation by DCBL shall be final and binding.

15. This contest will be governed by these standard terms and conditions. Each participant agrees that he/she has read and understood these terms and by their participation in the contest, each participant agrees to be bound by the terms.
