At Dalmia Bharat, we’re fostering a robust corporate governance structure that’s built on principles which guides us to conduct our business with integrity, fairness and transparency. It decrees making necessary disclosures and decisions in compliance with the laws of the land, be accountable and responsible towards stakeholders and conduct business ethically. These values help us improve the effectiveness of our policies and ensure that we function more efficiently as an organisation. Through this culture of openness and our sustainable growth vision, we stay committed to achieving value-based growth without compromising on our ethical standards.
We are led by a Board comprising seven directors from diverse backgrounds that possess the requisite qualifications and experience to contribute to our growth and decision-making processes. Three out of our seven directors are independent, and they help us strike the right balance. We have also institutionalised good governance and are led by globally accepted corporate governance guidelines, a Code of Conduct and financial ethics.
The Board meets regularly to review strategic, operational and financial matters and delegates its authority to Directors who head various committees, wherever applicable and appropriate. Each committee is led by a charter that sets out its respective roles and responsibilities, the committee composition and the scope of authority.
Our codes and policies are formulated in alignment with our long-term strategy and objectives. They are uniformly implemented across all our manufacturing units and serve as a guide for conducting responsible business.
RCF stands for Roof, Column, and Foundation and is the core structural system of any building, responsible for overall stability and load-bearing capacity. Therefore, RCF Strong. Toh Ghar Strong.
