Dalmia Bharat Celebrates World Environment Day Through Community-Led Sustainability Initiatives in Cuttack

Cuttack, June 5, 2026: Reaffirming its commitment to creating a greener and more sustainable future, Dalmia Bharat Ltd., one of India's leading cement companies, observed World Environment Week 2026 in in Cuttack through a series of community engagement initiatives aimed at promoting environmental responsibility and sustainable living. The celebrations brought together over 70 participants, including employees and local community members, encouraging collective action towards environmental conservation and climate responsibility.

As part of the celebrations, the company organized plantation activities and cleanliness drives focused on reducing waste and promoting cleaner surroundings. A total of 100 saplings were planted to enhance local green cover and contribute to long-term ecological sustainability. These initiatives were designed to encourage collective action towards environmental conservation and foster a culture of sustainability.
