Mr. Rajiv Bansal is President & Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) at Dalmia Bharat Limited and leads the Strategy and Transformation for the company.

As part of the senior leadership team, Rajiv is responsible for strengthening existing Dalmia Bharat mandates as well as formulating newer initiatives that align with the company’s long-term goals and vision.

He has over 26 years of rich global experience across multiple industries such as IT services Internet start-ups, Power Generation, and Telecom.

Before joining Dalmia Bharat, he served as the CFO of DXC Technology, one of the largest global IT services companies. Prior to DXC, he was CFO of Ola (ANI Technologies). Rajiv has also spent 16 years at Infosys, India’s second-largest IT company, as Global CFO and as an advisor to the CEO and board.

Rajiv has been conferred with the Best CFO award from Asia Money and Institutional Investors multiple times. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a Cost Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) degree from Calcutta University.
