Mr. Khanna has three decades of experience in building a people-centric culture- ensuring integrity and meritocracy. He specializes in HR interventions focusing on strategic actions. He excels in implementing people programs to enhance employee engagement and adeptly restructures policies and procedures for organizational improvement. Prior to joining Dalmia Bharat Ltd, he has worked across diverse verticals in companies like Samsung, Walmart and General Electric.

An alumnus of XLRI, Jamshedpur, Mr. Khanna holds a Post Graduate Degree in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations, Human Resources.
