Mr. Sameer Nagpal is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Dalmia Cement (Bharat) Limited and spearheads the Sales, Manufacturing, HR, IT, and Brand.

With a career spanning more than 24 years and a diverse background in industries such as air-conditioning, security, and paints, Mr. Nagpal brings a wealth of experience to the table.

Recognized as a skilled strategist and leader in business growth, he has demonstrated his ability to launch, revitalize, and expand consumer and business-to-business ventures. Mr. Nagpal was also the former CEO of Dalmia Refractories Limited.

Mr. Nagpal has been associated with various industry forums such as Young Presidents’ Organisation (YPO), IMA’s CEO Forum, Indian Green Building Council and CII’s Chemicals Committee.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering from Delhi Technology University and has a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from IIM, Calcutta.
