Dr. Niddodi Subrao (NS) Rajan is a Non-Executive Director with Dalmia Bharat Limited and has been associated with the organization since 2019 as a member of the board.

Mr. Niddodi Subrao Rajan

Dr. Rajan brings nearly 40 years of work experience across multiple functions, in India and overseas. He is the former CEO of the IDFC Foundation and the former National President of the NHRD Network. Prior to that, Dr. Rajan was the Group CHRO and member of the Group Executive Council at Tata Sons, and a Global Leader at Ernst & Young (EY). He also served on the boards of Tata Services and Indian Hotels (TAJ) and was a member of ‘Confederation of Indian Industry’ national committees.

Dr. Rajan is a PhD from IIT Delhi, in the area of Leadership, a postgraduate in business management from XLRI, Jamshedpur and an Economics graduate from Loyola College, Chennai. He is also a member of the XLRI Board of Governors.
